Nestled between Shanghai's crowded skycrapers, there is this famous crossing that will reminds you about a place hundreds kilometer away, Shibuya. This Xujiahui is a shopping and leisure center in Shanghai just few blocks away from Shanghai's French Concession.

Just like her twins, Times Square in New York, or Shibuya in Tokyo. Xujiahui is a showcase of Shanghai's advertisement industry.Where tens of billboards and large screens showing off a wide array of latestcommercials everyday.

But unlike Shibuya in Japan's capital. Xujiahui pedestrian scene is more like those found in Indonesian cities, wherepeoplehavetoaccrosslargecrossing bridge over a busy street.

At least, when it rains over Xujiahui, the namesake as Shanghai's Shibuya is can be seen as true.Where h tousands ofpeople wear umbrella toc overt heir body from the coldr rain which pour over this largest city of China.

Comingup more about Xujiahui,inXujiahuiShibuya-nya Shanghai in my upcoming post, the post will be written in Indonesian.
